Victor Majzner: Location watercolours from Australia and Overseas
18 June—24 July 2011
Location watercolours from various series, dating back 25 years that have not been exhibited before, including works completed in Australia, China and Israel.
Majzner’s work is celebrated for its vivid, surreal quality. An intricate web of colour, shape and meaning, he draws out a spectrum of moral issues: spirituality, the plight of the oppressed and environmental degradation. For him, art makes the invisible visible.
